Late policy
A 10 minute grace period for all appointments
After 10 minutes with NO COMMUNICATION: The appointment will be considered a no-call, no-show, and our No-Show Policy Will Apply.
Reschedule Policy
Rescheduled appointments must be made 24 hours before appointment time
Same day cancellation will result in 50% fee charge of your service total
No call no show policy
No-Call, No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior communication
1st time: Things happen I understand
2nd time: You will be charged 100% of your service
