Late Arrival Policy

We provide a 9 minute grace period for all appointments
After 9 minutes with NO COMMUNICATION: The appointment will be considered a no-call, no-show, and our No-Show Policy Will Apply

No-Call, No-Show Policy

No-Call, No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior communication, you will be charged 100% of the service price.

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

Rescheduled appointments must be made 24 hours before appointment time
Same day cancellation will result in 50% fee charge of your service total
